Feature Packed Garmin GPS
Back in the day, if you were dumped in the middle of a huge maze, you’d have nothing else to rely on except your gut and the North Star. Now, with the advancements in technology, you can get yourself out of that maze by simply using a cell phone with a GPS transmitter. GPS, or the Global Positioning System, is a satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of 24 GPS satellites orbiting the Earth. This was intentionally created for military use, but was eventually made available for civilian use.
Garmin GPS units are popular navigation devices that can be used in cars, motorcycles, in the water, or up in the air. It gives you a bright color touch screen display that shows all the information you need in an easy-to-read format. Some of these units, like those built for motorcycles, are very durable and waterproof. All units are voice-prompted and give turn-by-turn directions that call out the street names to your destination. With this with you, you don’t have to worry about getting lost.
