So you’re planning your summer vacation. It is time to draw up a checklist of things you have to arrange and things that you have to bring. Whatever you do, one thing you should not do is forget to bring along a camera. Keep it in its camera case and together with extra memory cards, charger and cables for your computer put it in a transparent zip lock bag. This will ensure that you have photos of the exciting places that you will visit.

Some people just want to take pictures of places. That is alright; but it is also nice to have pictures of interesting places with people in them. It makes remembering the moment more fun. As soon as you get back home, download your photos to your digital file, remembering to put captions on them. Do it while the events are still fresh on your mind.
